YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to appear before the Honorable Peter R. Lopez, Judge of the Court, Courtroom 3-1, at the Miami-Dade County Courthouse, 73 West Flagler Street, Miami, Florida, commencing November 27, 2012 at 8:45 a.m.(see attached trial order) to testify in this action.
If you fail to appear, you may be in contempt of Court,
