Fall Prevention Giving Grant For Colleges and Universities

Helping to Raise Awareness About Their Fall Prevention Programs and Clinics

Total Annual Funding is up to $3,500.00

Each individual grant recipient is awarded up to $350.00. Additionally, each grant recipient receives hands-on assistance with digital advocacy of national leaders on fall prevention.

Grant recipients must adhere to our communication guidelines.

Description

The purpose of our mini grant is to enhance communication between Colleges and Universities and organizations committed to fall prevention in order to raise awareness about local fall prevention programs for older adults.

To achieve this goal, grant recipients will receive 1) digital marketing advocacy provided by S&T and 2) a financial award of up to $350.00 to pay for the cost to distribute a Press Release to announce the successful presentation of a fall prevention program.

Eligibility

Any college or university with an existing fall prevention program or clinic can receive the grant. 

A college or university may submit only one grant request per year.

Grant applications will be available beginning on June 1, 2020. To receive an application, please email us at contact@fallpreventiongrants.com.

The application deadline for applying for the 2020 mini-grants is 5:00 p.m. (EST) on August 31, 2020. If selected, a Grant recipient will receive notification of their award by September 30, 2020.

If a college or university fails to meet the deadline noted above, their applications will be considered ineligible and will not be considered for funding.
