Purchaser and Seller agree that in the event the real estate and personal property taxes for the year 20__ vary in amount from the figures used in making the prorations used in closing the transfer and conveyance of the above described property to the purchaser, then a new proration and a correct and proper adjustment will be made upon demand, and will be made between the parties hereto themselves.
Purchaser and Seller agree that the Law office of Lawrence S. Tolchinsky, P.A. shall have not be have any obligation or duty to either party in this regard.
